Advertisement Terms and Privacy Policy

Pricing:

• Weekly: $5

• Monthly: $20 (7.6% discount)

Payment and Renewal:

We accept Payment : Online Transactions

(Google Pay, Bank Transfer or any other UPI service)

• Payment is due before the advertisement starts. Renewed unless specified otherwise.

• Renewals require payment for another week of advertisement.

Cancellation:

• Weekly advertisements cannot be cancelled after purchase.

  • Advertisements to one week will be automatically renewed unless specified otherwise.

• Monthly advertisements can be cancelled with [state your notice period, e.g., 30 days] written notice before the next billing cycle. 

  In that case, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining days in the month.

  
  

Customer Acquisition:

• All customers generated through the advertisement will be directed exclusively to you.

• Photography Club Dimapur (PCD) does not bear responsibility for any customer interactions or outcomes. It is your responsibility to manage and optimize leads.

• We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that we deem inappropriate.

Acknowledgement:

• By participating in the advertising program, you are doing so of your own free will.

• PCD facilitates advertisement but does not guarantee sales boosts or outcomes.

Privacy Policy:

• Any personal information collected for advertisement purposes will be used solely for that purpose and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

• PCD adheres to standard privacy practices and regulations.
